Generates valid credit card numbers for development use.

Changes in v1.3:
- add menu item when right clicking to quickly generate a new number for the selected card
- New Permission required for modifying clipboard which is used to copy generated number to the clipboard

FAQ

Q: What about the CVV?
A: As these are for fake developement transactions, you can use any random 3 or 4 numbers.

Q: Expiry date?
A: Same as CVV. Just use a future date.

Q: Can these be used in real life transactions?
A: No! Any attempts to do so are considered fraud and you may face legal ramifications if you do.
