I am saddened, but I have to drop my rating. Extension no longer blocks video on Twitter. Should developer fix this issue, I'll once again give it 5 stars.

It doesn't work.

Click the extensions button (puzzle piece by the setting button) and click this extension to turn the extension on. It doesn't do anything by default.

Once on it sort of works. Images are replaced by simple black boxes. They still take up space, but it's way less distracting.

タイムラインのおすすめユーザー欄を確実に消す方法が中々見つからず困っていましたが、この拡張機能でようやく完全に消せました。
(検索しても、「画面右側」のおすすめユーザー欄を消す方法ばかりがヒットしていました・・・)

できればFirefox版もお願いします。
