Enhance productivity with new add-on features
Lightning Extension is a library of features created by the Lightning Product Management team at Salesforce. This extension is designed to complement the user experience with continuous productivity feature releases. These features provide end users with rich enhancements that aren’t available out-of-the-box with Lightning, like Dark Mode.
Admins can control which features are made available to their users. To control access to features, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning Extension, and then select Lightning Extension. From there, you can change your users’ access to individual features, or access to the extension itself. Changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect.
Note: Dark mode is temporarily disabled. We’re working to make it available again.
For the ones complaining you can enable the dark mode by playing with the source files of the extension...
Where. Is. Dark. Mode?

It was great when the dark-mode was working. As of 2/25/2022 dark mode is not available
Link grabber feature is a massive time (and sanity) saver for Salesforce Lightning. It's too bad that dark mode has been "temporarily disabled" for nearly two years at this point; that was a close second on best feature for this extension since 95% of my day is spent in Salesforce. Looks like the extension hasn't been updated in nearly a year either. I wonder if it was someone's pet project and they left SFDC?
The lightening dashboard is a jumbled mess with too many details, and is as blinding as it's namesake.
