I had a yearly subscription and it was automatically renewed without any any pre-notice!!! So expensive and the results are not so good. I cannot reach any of their support team as all emails are not returned. |

Terrible. I keep getting Unable to retrieve contact on Sales navigator even after clear/disabling cache on Chrome. I don't even see the Report issue button as suggested by the customer service. I should probably change to another provider ASAP. |
