Don't let the "last updated" date fool you, this open source apache licensed extension is simple and still works. Just what I was looking for.

I think this is a wonderful URL shortener. BUT, would it be possible to add a "Title" feature, so that the title and shortened URL can be copied?

By far the best. URL Shortener does exactly what it says on the tin, and it allows you to choose which of five url-shortening services to use (also "none", i.e., copy the current url to clipboard unaltered).

There are no extra steps, such as the pointless two-stage get-the-shortened-url followed by "now copy it" of at least one other inferior url-shortening extension.
