This extension desperately needs a way to completely silence the 'start' notification voice. It's long, annoying, and completely unnecessary.

semicolon separator is for "AND" command only!

This extension does not stop even when I press stop button. Notification works only few times. Include and exclude terms have no effect. Need to fix this.

PLease add the option to set an interval between 2 numbers, for example, to randomly refresh between 30 and 60 seconds, this way we avoid bans, and have a more human behavior
thank you for sharing your great work!

Great, I managed to secure my first COVID-19 vaccine jab via your extension, thank you very much!

Here are my feedback for future releases based on my real intense use these few last days of monitoring vaccine centers.

A feature request that would adds *a lot of value* to the extension:
- Short-term: Please add a description of the logic used by semicolon separator use in "Stop When Page Includes" and in "Stop When Page Excludes". Is it an AND or an OR logic? Since it is not specified, it is unclear what we should enter or not when we look for multiple text. Please at bare minimum add a short explanation of what the plugin does next/below that field.
- Mid-term: Please add the possibility to select between AND and OR. For example, one may want to stop the auto-refresh if both the words "Monday" AND "Tuesday" are displayed on a page, while another use may want it to stop if at least one of the two days appear. Same question and request for the "excludes" logic

Another feature request that would add lots of value would be to be able to spot, when having multiple windows opened at the same time, and visually identify which one had its auto-refresh execution stopped. Coming back to my COVID-19 example, I was monitoring a dozen of vaccine centers close to me. Occasionally the auto-refresh would send me an audio notification, but I could not tell easily which one of all the windows it was. By the time I had checked them all, I missed my chance. This is even worse when using several tabs (which is easier to manage) rather than several windows. I am thinking of maybe a blinking visual on the page in question (a red thick frame) and/or maybe a hack of the favicon with a red icon (ideally a blinking GIF favicon)

Finally, I could not agree more with the comments from "Afaa HHH" below, the long sentence audio notifications have been driven me (and my fiancée :D) insane to the point I was silencing my speakers at every relaunch. Especially when tracking multiple windows, having to stop/restart because of occasional extension bugs, false alerts, or have someone else booking an appointment faster than me. Please either greatly simply them to onlt "Autorefresh started" and "Autorefresh stopped", or allow customization of the text notification (I think the first option is better for as allowing customization would be just a waste of your dev time as it would not really add value)

I hope these ideas will help you, thanks again for a simple and great extension! By the nature of feature requests, my review may sounds negative as I am highlighting only things I did not like, but this is really only because I actually loved the extension, spent a lot of time with it in the last days, and would like to see it improving even better in the future.
