Used to work fantastically on news sites that ask you to sign up or pay to continue reading the article. It seems like most of them have caught on, as activating the extension now removes the popup but disables scrolling.

Always helps removes annoying pop ups that want you to sign into the website or something. It obviously won't work 100% of the time because some websites disable scrolling, some don't even load the things behind the overlay and sometimes they make it hidden overlays which this doesn't work with. But this still saves me tons of time when working or just casually surfing the web. It can even take away those "Disable your adblock" overlays which is also useful. Overall, a very useful extension.

I just installed this because I noticed anti-ad-block overlays on weather.com. So far, I like it.

Using AdblockPlus (ABP), I could easily block the overlays, but it doesn't handle the problem of re-enabling page scrolling. This extension does that. I ended up removing the element-hiding rules I'd created with ABP and I use this extension's shortcut key to activate it.

The only thing that could be better would be for this extension to be called as part of a ABP rule, for this extension to automatically act on certain specified websites, or to prompt the user if overlays are detected.
