Replace the new tab page with a minimal binary clock

**Changes in version 1.9**
- Removed bookmark manage button. Bookmark management is always accessible via the Chrome menus or at chrome://bookmarks.

Binary tab replaces your new tab page with a minimal and elegant binary clock. Hover the cursor over the bottom of the page to reveal the settings drawer. An ever-expanding array of settings is available. They include:
- Colour scheme (light colour, dark colour), including dynamic hex colour.
- Inverted colour scheme.
- Auto-invert at sunset/sunrise given current location.
- Clock size
- Display digits, placeholder letters or nothing below clock.
- Show row numbers (great for learning to read the clock).
- Show, hide or auto-hide bookmarks bar.
- Manage bookmarks.

A word on geolocation: Binary Tab only uses the user's position to find sunrise and sunset times when the 'Use current location' button is clicked. If you have any doubts about this, feel free to inspect the code!

very professional !
it would be great if you let the user to chose any color, not restricted to a spesific colors.
also, add the ability to control the region where the mouse lay in to show the bookmarks bar.

However This extension is awesome, I highly recommend it.

It'd be cool if you could get rid of the text at the bottom. Maybe leave the setting gear to keep it minimal.

Pretty!

However, it annoys me slightly that it uses three different number bases.

Each digit is represented in binary instead of the total in h:m:s. Like I'd prefer 3 longer binary numbers instead of 6 where two and two are representing a decimal value.

Anyhow, great job!
