Jeff Axelrod 2022-05-20 Great workaround script for a showstopper bug in the new Google Apps Script editor. I have no idea how Google forgot to include global search when they ditched the old, functional editor. This script makes the new editor useful. My only beef is that it's unintuitive to access the global search. At minimum, it would be nice if the developer gave written instructions outside of the screenshots.
Rob Steele 2022-05-18 I downloaded this for the "Global Search" capability, but it didn't work for me. At least not using the find box that is built into the editor. The only extra icons the plug in gave was to toggle the editor screen colors and another to toggle which frames are displayed. Both of those are very nice. It is possible I am doing something wrong (this would be the first time I'm sure). Perhaps some instructions??
Chris Baker 2022-04-26 Brilliant! Lots of colour combinations, but the interface options especially are a game-changer for me. Would prefer to have lists of options rather than having to cycle through, but it still simple enough to work out.
Andrey Romashev 2022-04-23 My colleague Andrey Belov made this amazing extension. He'd like to share with those who are missing some of VS code appearance and functionality. Make the background black to keep your eyes safer, remove extra interface to save space on your laptop. And search through all the files within your project! We're using it for couple months and now time to share with the Apps Script community. Thanks, Andrey!
Sheets Ninja 2022-10-19 This extension allows you to use dark-mode in the script editor, which makes things easier on your eyes along with relevant highlighting which makes it much easier to quick scan blocks of code.
