I repeat myself a lot online, usually when answering customer support requests or writing emails. But there's no excuse for typing out the same things each time. I found that Tray is the perfect tool for me to easily store the things I say all the time, and quickly access them whenever I want, wherever I want. |

I like it overall, but I found that I am losing some of my formatting (specifically new line/line breaks). It is still faster than typing a new message each time, but I have to copy paste then go to each paragraph in which I want a new line/line break |
