This extension allows you to automatically turn a smart outlet on/off (sold separately) at certain charge percentages. This will let you optimize the lifespan of your li-ion batteries! According to battery university (and numerous other sources), reducing the depth of discharge of your lithium ion battery from 100% to 10% can increase it's longevity by up to 25,000%!

Nom De Plume 2021-07-04 I think as long as you have an outlet that can be directly controlled through IFTTT or indirectly controlled by some other hub or service that has IFTTT support, this extension should work well. Many thanks
SCOTT WILLIAMS 2022-12-05 This made me so happy on discovering it! I am on my first cycle, notifications on and it is repeating the off trigger (appropriate for batt%, but every two minutes). I'm on CromeOS FLEX—updated—running on old DELL Vostro. I'm going to turn off notification. But, ya got any advice?
