Also, the dev team keeps adding new features and functionalities every week that sometimes it becomes tough for me to be updated. Looking forward to the Codex part of automation when it goes live...

I purchased the software on October 16, looked through it and realized it was too complex, refunded it, and then spent some more hours looking through the videos and realized it could be useful if I spent time on it, so I purchased it again by the same day. I used it a week later to try to parse through a website and I actually worked with one of the support personnel. And we had a generally good time going about it. I had not had a need to use it again till about six months later, so I login, and proceed to ask a question.

The individual I spoke with, his name is Fred, and a simple question concerning the deal terms and the offerings turned into Fred becoming very angry at me, and generally just engaging me in the most negative way possible. I was too surprised to be shocked. I was simply expecting a response to my simple question, and this individual Fred turned it into something utterly unexpected and negative.
