Adds a simple "Bookmark link" entry to Chrome's context-menu (right-click menu), reminiscent of the Firefox functionality. Bookmarked links will be saved to Chrome's Other Bookmarks folder.

Mr. Lance E Sloan 2017-10-24 Several problems: * The user can't choose where to save new bookmarks (either interactively or through extension options). * The user can't specify the name of the bookmark. * It only saves the URL of the link. It should use the link text as the name of the link by default. * This extension doesn't appear in the Chrome web store search results if the "Runs Offline" criteria is selected. (It does run offline.)
