휘동이 2022-05-03 I've used other dark mode extensions, but they don't change the video.(not sure if there are other tools for this) Windows 10 has a dark mode for the screen. It's not perfect, though. Thanks for this extension and caring for my eyes :) This works well including the video. '22. 5. 3) dark mode which has just 5 sites is so annoying on lite version.

Brad Khorosho 2022-04-29 It works great but then the free trial expires after 3 months and they limit you to only 5 websites with the free "lite" version. You think about buying it but they offer you a yearly $9 subscription service you can throw into your pile of 500 other subscription services you already pay for. For what? A few lines of code to change white background into black background? You guys are reaching really hard with this. HARD PASS! Find alternatives instead.
Adam Stern 2022-04-28 This extension is extremely useful. First off, it intelligently looks at the CSS/Stylings of the existing page, as well as the icons, then converts the page to Dark Mode. Some other extensions just do a blanket "change the background to black and everything will be fine". It is almost never fine. :) Night Eye will adjust font colors, etc. in order to make sure the contrast is correct. Second point: The above method isn't always perfect. There are some pages that still are difficult to read. In that case, Night Eye provides a place to specify custom CSS. I love this feature, not just for Dark Mode tweaks, but general website tweaks as well. I was thinking of writing my own extension that just did CSS tweaks, but this one had both Dark Mode and Custom CSS. I've seen other comments about the price... There IS a free mode, but it is limited to 5 sites. You can just point it to the 5 sites you use the most and you are good. If you want to do the paid one, as of this writing, you can pay $9 a year. Seriously, how is $9 a year too expensive? They also have a $40 one-time fee if you just want to buy it outright. That equates to almost four and a half years of $9/year plan. I have no idea what I'll be doing in 4 years, so if I do wind up paying, it would probably be the yearly plan. Anyway, I think it is easy to use, has great features, and would recommend it.
Apache Huang 2022-04-26 The best night mode extension out of all of them I've tried, as well as better than Brave browser's inbuilt experimental night mode feature. Great colors and very legible. I paid for the pro version as it is very worth it. The customer support is also great too and promptly responded to my query.
Jeevanantham N 2022-04-24 this is the wonderfull dark mode extension i've ever used. cleaner design and comfortable functionality makes it as good extension. I've suggest you to try night eye extension once you would love it after.

Ricardo Alvaro Sawyer 2022-04-20 It so very very cool. not simply because it changes the appearance of the pages, it is because it gives a new facelift to all of them, very much because it protects your eyes, they make you want to use it and I use it 100% when I turned on my PC The Internet, as you know it, will never be the same. No more nasty bright screens and dry eyes. Dark mode makes every website much cooler. Thank you Night Eye! Highly recommend.
