Fixed the broken code and links that made the plugin to not work at all. Currently only logo and topbar background are affected. Favicon change and more features may be added in distant future.

Tristan Wemm 2017-11-27 While it used to work great, it slowly lost its functionality. Before it was just that it didn't change the favicon anymore, which was tolerable. But now, it doesn't work at all. It's completely nonfunctional. I hope that this extension is updated with a fix, because otherwise it's not worth having installed, since it doesn't do anything.
