Unfortunatelly Nuance was purchased by Microsoft. So you have to go the Microsoft Edge internte browser where it works perfectly |

It is a shame that Nuance does not care about the products they have already sold. They only want you to "upgrade" to their new subscription service and pay the equivalent of one license every year instead of being able to use this produce for at least 3-4 years then upgrade like in the past. More money for nuance!. I was forced to upgrade my last version of dragon medical simply because it would not longer allow me to install. It seems that athough you would uninstall the product from an old computer the Nuance server would not credit you so you ended up using ability to move the product when you upgraded your computer. |

I suspect that they have deliberately put bugs in and idiosyncrasies to force us into their new online version which of course will cost more money even though I paid a lot for the desktop version |
