IMPROVING USABILITY AND THE ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE: ONE BLOG POST AT A TIME.

There are so many great things about ecommerce… and a lot of things that just don’t work. On this blog, we’re shining a light on the good and the bad (and a lot of the ugly) that we come across in ecommerce every day. We’re aiming to become a source for insight and solutions, but we can’t do it without you, so comment and share your feedback with us!

The contributors to this blog are also the people of ECommerce Partners, a full-service ecommerce and interactive agency headquartered in New York City. We combine Internet expertise, creative talent, and business know-how to help our clients achieve rapid, measurable online marketing results. If you’re looking for innovative ecommerce solutions, get in touch with us [email protected].

Want to get in touch? Drop us a line. We’d love to hear your feedback, thoughts, ideas, feelings, haikus… and anything else you want to share!

This is a nice little tool to have on hand for calling out less-than-great ecommerce sites. Now, when I have a problem as I shop online, I can let the Ecommerce Outtakes blog know about the issue right away. They will write up a post about the site to address the problem, which draws attention from the site owner to get it resolved. Here's to improving online shopping!
