Happy Charles 2022-04-07 The UI is not user friendly :/ Sending the soul to the swap address. Then send it to Phantasma Chain Then press the claim blue link is so small you don't notice you have to press it. Their to many steps. It would better had a zap feature like one click to create LP tokens

BRUCE YANG 2021-10-26 Do not use Ecto wallet ! I swap ETH from Phantasma to Ethereum chain at it, the loading is slow, so I press again, now the wallet is stock with pending swaps, I can not withdraw any money. Be careful!!!
Zouk Lessons 2021-10-20 Using Neo in Ecto Wallet is NOT user freindly. 1st of all It should tell you need NEO gas token to pay the gas fees. Not Neo token :/ 2.I can't get my Neo out of Ecto Wallet? I tried send Neo from Assets, and I've tried it from Multi chain too. It never recongise the destination address :/ I use metamask all the time! The wallet need to give you more helpful feedback!
