It was relatively easy to use and kept the student engaged in the video. Way better than a video guide!! And it is easy to grade!

this would be an incredible tool if it actually worked. Have added it as an extension both on chromebook pro and macbook and can't get it to work on either. Recording pops up briefly and then shuts down. Noticed that if you can't get it to switch between tab, desktop, camera only, it will just turn off and not let you to select to record. Very very disappointed.

I am a student that used Edpuzzle.
I was doing my assignment but on the multiple choice questions, I put my answer and submitted it but it was loading for 5 minutes and it told me that there was an error. I had no choice but to re-watch the video until that question. And I chose 4 answers since there were 4 answers and I pressed submit but guess what it said.
I got that question wrong because I only chose 2 answers. But I remember choosing 4. But it marked it as I choose 2. I got super frustrated that I rate this extension because I don't have an twitter account or any kind of Social Media account. Please fix this bug quickly because all my classmates are having the same exact problems and more. And please do something when I get a terrible science average grade at the end of the marking period.
