This is a very much needed app but when you create a virtual card it doesn't ask which card you want to use. I have to manually disable the card I don't want to use and then set it up and readd the one i disabled afterward which then asks for the cvv to verify. Kind of a hassle. |

Horrible product. I applied and was issued a credit card just to use the virtual card abilities and this extension. When I try and log in and set up the extension, it is telling me my phone number isn't valid. I have tried calling support and they are the most useless group I have ever dealt with. They just tell me to "give it time." Give it time for what? How much time do I need to give it? They have no response. They can't tell me it normally takes 20 mins, 2 hours, 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months. They don't even know what we are waiting on. Other than "give it time." When I escalate the Tier 2 Supervisor just tells me the person I just spoke to did every thing she could. What does that mean? She didn't do anything! And the supervisor refused to help me or give me any information. Oh and of course, I have tried logging it so many times I have locked out for a 2nd time. Guess why their horrible support says when I asked how long before I can try again to log in? That's right "give it time." |
