I really want to try this but after it request my phone number, it can't verify it. I have the same phone number for my home, work, and mobile. I don't understand what's the problem. |

Was not able to use it. Kept saying I was not eligible unless I had a venture or quicksilver card, which I do. Useless app. |

This is a very much needed app but when you create a virtual card it doesn't ask which card you want to use. I have to manually disable the card I don't want to use and then set it up and readd the one i disabled afterward which then asks for the cvv to verify. Kind of a hassle. |

Horrible product. I applied and was issued a credit card just to use the virtual card abilities and this extension. When I try and log in and set up the extension, it is telling me my phone number isn't valid. I have tried calling support and they are the most useless group I have ever dealt with. They just tell me to "give it time." Give it time for what? How much time do I need to give it? They have no response. They can't tell me it normally takes 20 mins, 2 hours, 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months. They don't even know what we are waiting on. Other than "give it time." When I escalate the Tier 2 Supervisor just tells me the person I just spoke to did every thing she could. What does that mean? She didn't do anything! And the supervisor refused to help me or give me any information. Oh and of course, I have tried logging it so many times I have locked out for a 2nd time. Guess why their horrible support says when I asked how long before I can try again to log in? That's right "give it time." |

This was great until it started displaying banners trying to get me to use it on various sites. When I want to use it, I will. I am less likely to use it if it wastes my time or is annoying. |

One this whole concept is stupid, you have to download an app on your computer to make virtual cards which other banks have readily available in their app. Then you have to re-verify everything instead of just signing into the same capital one account. Now this useless app tells me that number Im using doesnt show up as mine even though, its the number CSRs use to verify me, its on my profile on the website and i get all notifications to that number. But somewhow on this useless app it all of a sudden does not work. lol wont be keeping capital one in my wallet for long |

Useless when traveling. I wanted to generate a new virtual card. When I login, I get "Something went wrong" and didn't log me in. At least tell me why! |
