Great App but does not sync with browser extension. It's like having two separate apps waaaay to much work to use both.It should just sync to my account. Also there should be a way to share my list with another person especially if someone else does my cooking and shopping then they should have a shared access. Also on the app there is the option to select a third choice which is "limited" on the extension there is only two options "yes" or "no".

This is a really well-developed application; this extension integrates with most major grocers so you can see the icon (red, green, or yellow, with trigger ingredients highlighted) directly on the grocer’s website (we do a lot of online pickup orders) and it’s amazing!
It’s definitely helped me learn more about some things that I thought were safe but are in fact triggers...
I just learned from the team that this work on recipe sites as well!

I don't see this link called out on the extension page, so here's that list of grocers and recipe sites fro the FIG website: https://foodisgood.com/support/which-websites-work-with-the-fig-browser-extension

This extension is literally saving my life! I suffer from a number of food allergies, and lately, it seems like food manufacturers are putting soy into everything. If I'd had this extension BEFORE I bought English muffins, I wouldn't have had to learn that the hard way!! It's also going to save me a fortune on groceries! Too many times, I've purchased something that I had to throw away when it was delivered because I can't access the ingredients on the store's website. I wish I could give this extension ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I gave Fig a try and discovered the app did not interact with Canadian stores including Amazon.ca. Completed the exit survey when I removed the app, including in my comments a disappointment that it did not react with Canadian content. Received an email today from one of the creators advising me that the app has been updated to review more content. Gave it another shot and while it's not perfect (required gluten free diet, and products that have a GF logo (Thai brand Rice noodles for example) come up as "uncertain/grey") the app has improved.

Great customer response! Those customer exit surveys do work IF you are honest about why you're not happy
