Changing my review as within 24 hours of posting my Greenhouse rep contacted me with the helpdesk for assistance. I am happy to say that they were prompt and considerate and also helped me use the plugin. Thanks so much! It still has work to go however as it doesn't scrape any of the data you have to manually enter it. I used a plugin a few years ago that scraped everything automatically so not sure why this isn't possible yet but would love to see that change. |

I really hope this extension is fixed by Sept 2022 because it does not work. I click on it and nothing happens. I'll just keep using the old prospecting extension for now but this will be tedious if they remove it in September. |

I can't check if the prospect is already in our database by highlighting their name. Now it's done manually. 0/10. |
