I'll change this review if customer support can get back to me. But the plugin stopped working this weekend. I can record videos, but if I click on the hippo icon in the plugins bar, it just hangs and never connects. So I can't access any of the controls I used to have access to there.

Might switch back to Loom. This is a great product when it works, but that's the thing - Loom just works.

This app is amazing!!! I recorded gaming videos with my friend online and the audio came through clearly! I'm so glad I found this app, there's no other extension that I found that did the job. The thing I love most is that they don't have insane prices like other recording apps. Very simple and easy to use!

the app's really awesome! If you have friends that record videos I'd recommend using it or pay for the premium for perks. the regular recording is awesome too, tho i wish that i could download without getting premium
