I am paying for Pro and it had been working great for me up until a few days ago. Now I can no longer upload reels from the browser. If I use the app-looking method, it tells me the aspect ratio is not supported (even though I have uploaded tons of reels with this aspect ratio). I'm currently waiting for a response from support. I'll update my review if the problem is resolved. Thanks! |
