Works well.
But not perfect.
1) It handles blob: downloads incorrectly, I have to manually turn this extension off and download with browser
2) It has the single criterion whether to pass a download to IDA, file size. It would be better if other criteria were supported, like file names, masks, regular expressions or websites
3) It's not very convenient for some websites, for example, sourceforge.net. But I'm not sure how this could be improved

Very good, but it can be improved by adding a "black list", a list containing addresses from which IDA extension to bypass download. For example, there are sites like wetransfer.com which does not allow IDA to download files. So, for those sites it is best to create a list with them.
