They terminated my account saying multiple users were using it. Baseless accusations Buyer beware! They will love you when you pay them afterwards they will dump you like a they could care less. They are clearly all about the $$$. Jungle Scout team including Athena and Greg are becoming the butt of most jokes in the facebook groups. This company has reached an all-time low due to the competition. When a provider starts stealing people's money to make a profit you know you've hit rock bottom. Check out their BB and trustpilot profile you'll see what I mean.

Keeps freezing up and gives incorrect data. Is taking into account editorial recommendations as organic positions on the page which normally has the best and highest ranked competitors in there, but is not actually organic results and most of the time are not the same items as the item we are analyzing so is very difficult to trust data like this. Very disappointed.

Works well and gives good data! Been a JS user since 2016 and it keeps improving.

Crashes all the time, i don't understand why. I mean i have to spend so much time adjusting to it, removing it, downloading it again. Also i don't know about you guys but i keep getting the same results repeated in the top 10. So how can i trust the score like that. Not paying for it again, going to test Helium 10 next.
