It is unclear what this does. These are some questions I have:

* Which company's licensing does this calculate for?
* Why do I see conditionals 8 levels deep?
* Why do I need to login/register to use a calculator?
* Why do I see this code snippet in popup.js? Like why would ever have an if(true) conditional?
