Has not worked for over 5 weeks and from what i can read I am not the only person that this has happened to.

Well, it is 11th April 2022 and it is still not working.

As usual Nectar are not interested and do not reply to emails.

It worked for the first 4 days after I downloaded it, but hasn't worked since then.

I am like the others who are finding that the Nectar Search Toolbar no longer works. I used to do all my searching on this but it hasn't worked since Xmas, the last points I got were on 1st January 2022. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing seems to work and absolutely no points received in January despite the 'Green tick' appearing next to the search item to say it will collect points - will stop using nectar as it's useless !!

No longer works and hasn't for many many months. Dev's do not respond, Nectar no interested. Epic fail.

It's rubbish. The search facility does not work - it never appears. I have tried loading and unloading it. I have contacted on 2 occasions - the first they sent E-mail saying they have resolved the issue offline. Still did not. The link they sent to show what they had done was to their FAQ page. I contacted them and ask what they had done as it still does not work. The chap could not tell me. I therefore for asomeone to contact me. I am still waiting!

I've been using this for years and like most of the most recent reviews it suddenly stopped working on all browsers. A variety of errors such as invalid search but now when I install the extension in Chrome I get an error. Fix it asap please.

As previous comments stopped working in December 2021. Reinstalled several times, no change. Contacted Nectar helpline when they got back to me saying:
Thanks for your recent contact to the Nectar Helpline highlighting the issue with the Nectar Notifier.
 
I just wanted to say many thanks for taking the time to contact us to let us know if the issue and I’m pleased to advise that this is now fully resolved.

Like many others on this forum, I used to use the Nectar search tool without many problems, and have gained the 200 available points most months, until recently at least!
I now get the same message as others for 'Invalid search' ( trying various previously unused searches doesn't help) - and points search now stuck for weeks on end. This happened last year as well.
Having uninstalled and re-installed several times on my lap-top, I can now no longer even get the search bar up to attempt to use it, despite Chrome telling me the extension is downloaded.
The search bar on my PC is still stuck on last months search.
Having not received points for several quite large purchases before Christmas, and with this ongoing problem, it's time to give up on Nectar points online!

It is constantly failing on Google Chrome and the Help Desk is unable to help always saying they have to pass it to a "Specialist Ream" and it could be up to 14 days before they contact me. So far they have failed to contact me so not sure how I escalate this further.
