I bought an annual plan of Nimbus Screenshot & Screen Video Recorder in January 2022 and it wasn't working so I contacted support and I was told it is not working because I am a Macbook user... They were basically using me as their beta tester and they even asked for a remote access to my device so they could identify the error... I asked for a refund several times and a few weeks ago they even claimed that they sent the money back but till now I didn't receive any refund and they even stopped communicating with me! Very very bad experience. |
