This app is really helpful! I was wondering if there is a way to control the notification separately for each Zendesk view? (ex. I want one of my views to have silent notifications while my other view I want the sound notification on). |

Until the latest update, was working perfectly, now the new update has come out the notification sound is horrible, it should allow us to change this to one we like. |

This is useless because everytime you refresh it turns off and you have to log back in again for it to work. HELLO! Its zendesk, I have to refresh often to see the new tickets that you are supposed to be alerting me about. Now how can you alert me if I don't refresh and if I refresh you won't alert me.... |

It didn't really work. It would keep turning off if I went to a different tab and then a new ticket would come in and it would make no noise or notification at all. It worked maybe 10% of the time on my mac. |

Is this still supported? For my Zendesk instance it shows my available views to switch to and when I click on them to switch, it loads and goes back to my default view queue. |
