Great extension that does almost everything I'd want it to do! :D

If I could add 2 additional features, it would be:
1) When downloading the text in an article, I would like it to add the date of publication at the top and the price of the tier as they are mentioned above the text.
2) Some artists write stories in their articles and add pictures in between. Would be awesome if the position of the pictures would be marked within the text file like for example [Picture 0] then [Picture 1], etc. I have to do this manually for some artists and it would be a big help to have this as a feature. :)
