G. Tegs 2022-04-30 If there was Zero rating, I would enter for this Proctor Exam - Chrome extension. I noticed that there are few reviews, yet so many users. The users have no choice as school or company that they are applying for would be using this product for its exams. The company behind this app should consider the negative reviews to build a better product; and should also incorporate the ideas in the positive reviews. It looks like users are smarter than those who developed this product.
Eizo 2022-04-28 Horrible! I was forced to use this tool because during Corona no tests in classes were possible. I can only recommend to NOT take the exam via ProctorExam Screen Sharing, it is annoying. It took me nearly the full amount of 45min for preparation. Most of the time the upload of the screenshot and the id card was not possible. You have to cover your monitors with towels (WHERE DO YOU TAKE SUCH THINGS MINUTES BEFORE AN EXAM?), it is not enough to turn them off (ALTHOUGH YOU GET FILMED from front and back/side!!!). After it I was so upset and angry, that I even thought of quiting. I don't care about the cost, but I can only recommend to NOT use ProctorExam Screen Sharing. And to summarize, as you share your webbrowser history with them, as well as the Desktop screen, I wonder how "confidentially" treated all this information is, which is recorded (!). I deleted the cache before the start, but in the end it is kind of Russian roulette. Please also note, that they don not give any information in this section as google mentions: "This Publisher has not provided any information about data and usage." I also would not recommend to use this plugin on a company workstation. So - think about the circumstances, and judge yourself. I will never do such an exam in future - this day teached me a lesson. The test itself afterwards was fine, but the preparation time is a real pain.
Hou tay 2022-04-09 I need to install the app so that I can take professional exam. But got stuck, and it is stuck at the microphone testing level. It bothers me - because I have just my computer for a meeting before I start install this app. And I have been connecting with Zoom and Teams with no problems 9imagine 8 hours continuous presentation. This is a worst situation as the exam organizer is using this app. I have not come across such difficult install app.
Fran Bagshaw 2022-04-08 absolute rubbish. i prepared as required - following all the instructions. it appeared to work on the day of download. On the day of the exam however - all i got was a white screen. i had to lower all my security and in the end actually remove my antivirus software and still got nowhere. The person on the helpdesk suggested i clear all my cache - done, then reboot -done, then decided it must be my internet speed - exceeded the requirements! in the end they told me to go back to the exam people! So on the day of my exam, i am unable to complete it, and ended up a gibbering wreck. I have now quit the course, after 9 months of study, because no qualification is worth the stress.
