1. The extension works (detects spoofing) on the fake Apple.com https://www.xn--80ak6aa92e.com/ (original site designed as a proof-of-concept)

2. The extension is obsolete since Chrome 58 fixes this issue (the actual URL appears in the address bar).

Could you please make the alert pop-out. As it is, it isn't very useful. I won't check my top bar every single time i open a new website...

I just googled and you can't do that. But perhaps inject code in the HTML to create an Overlay would be awesome
