Refresh Active Frame

It does not work like the "Reload Frame" also its unable to refresh single Frames, it refreshes only the Mainframe, but if there are 2 Frames within a Frame, both are refreshed, not only the Active.

The "Reload Frame" was able to do it before, but Google removed it, now Chrom eis broken!

Also its useless as Button, i need this in the Right-Click Context Menu please and it must work like the "Reload Frame" and also with single Frames, no matter how nested they are, just like before with "Reload Frame" else Chrome just became useless.
