The layout of the generated resumes is not professional, and it adds in random info that is not at all applicable to the job. I was applying for medical jobs and it kept trying to put "director of product development" at the top of the resume, despite that being nowhere in the job description or in my CV.

This is such a genius tool that has not only helped me but also my friends with their job searches. I highly recommend it. It's such a great way to create your CV and keep track of the jobs you have applied for. It's fantastic to have everything in one place.

Rhubarb has saved me countless hours of formatting, versioning. and deciding which bullet points to include on each résumé I send out. I can keep a broad bank of skills, duties, and requirements as they pertained to each of my past roles and then click on them for inclusion in my current résumé to apply to each new job. Rhubarb even rates my bullet points as Red, Amber, or Green for their relevance to the job post, and suggests helpful autocompleted points if you're looking to add more. It has kept me organised and focussed in my job search in a way no other system has by saving each job application I make, and downloading the job postings from a provided link, so I can easily reference back to specific requirements employers are searching for. Thanks, Rhubarb team! :)
