SERPTrends is very handy for an ad hoc monitoring of what’s changed on a SERP, but it hasn’t kept up with Google’s most recent design changes and SERP features. Now a featured snippet is actually position 1 and should be numbered as such in the SERP. Unfortunately, SERPtrends misses this. Worse, it counts other rich elements as "position" when it shouldn’t, such as query refinement links (or “IQ Bubbles”), People Also Ask, and etc. So, today, a search for “best laptop" has no # next to the top Featured Snippet (which should be position 1 now) and the next result on the page gets labelled with position 5 (because there are a number of query refinement bubbles before the second result).

I’m still using the extension because it’s valuable and useful, but it would return to its former glory if it correctly counted rank position in light of Google’s evolving SERP.

Is it working for anyone? On my google chrome, it's not working from last few weeks. Please provide any solution.
