Provides additional functionality for the SimplePosPool website

This extension adds useful features to the SimplePosPool website.

- Calculate the sums for coins you received from your affiliates
- Display prices of coins that are not on CoinMarketCap
- Load and display prices for masternode coins which are missing and are shown as 0.000000000
- Calculate and display the total value of the users crypto portfolio
- Check all comissions calculated by SPP and display a warning if something is wrong
- Display warning in the comission sum view if wrongly calculated comissions were detected
- Calculate the total referral earnings througout all your referrals
- show which coins your affiliates are staking
- display a graphical history diagramm of all earned referral coins

Simply open the details page of the affiliate you want to calculate the sums for and click "Calculate Sums For this Affiliate". The extension then calculates the total sum for each coin which you gained from this affiliate.
