Adds multiple enhancements to the free Strava website.

The Strava Enhanced Experience adds a bunch of extra options to the (free) Strava activity view for the activities ride, run and swim.

When (estimated) power data is available, your best 20 minute average and your training load are now shown.

Each segment in the activity shows a visual representation for the average power (cycling) or pace (running or swimming) of that segment, compared to the highest powered or fastest paced segment for the activity. This allows users to easily spot their hard efforts.

The filter for comparing segment times now contains "today", "this week" and "this month", in addition to the already existing "all time" and "this year".

When comparing segment times in the activity view, your best effort is now displayed as "top X percent" of all efforts filtered, making it much easier to compare your effort to those of other athletes.

When comparing segment efforts you can see the dates for each effort.

In the ride attributes field, you get a direct link to a historic weather website showing you the weather for the day and approximate location of the ride, and a direct link to Google Maps for the exact start location of the ride.

An interesting thing to see in the segments list would be position of the effort related to totals of leaderbord (like... 1/1000 when someone reach KOM for a segment, for example). And another thing, the % of each effort (in the segments list) related to athletes own PR.
