Surfshark works fine on all my devices apart from my laptop, the website won't load and the extension won't open. I've aloud all permissions but windows diagnostic comes back saying the website won't connect due to firewall and proxy issues, but also says it's aloud to bypass proxy and firewall and that nothing is wrong with my computer. so it must be Surfshark but I don't understand why? I can't even access customer support.

works perfectly fine except youtube where it often has connectivity problems causing it to go "offline" so I had to turn it off before I can even access the main page. hope this issue would be fixed soon.

EDIT:

I'm been experiencing a lot of issues with this app and I'm tempted to change my overall rating and abstaining from extending my subscription to this service.

18/12/21 EDIT:

this app and service just keeps getting worse and worse, frequent connectivity issues and a second time I'm completely unable to connect to any proxy.

"too many login attempts" AFTER INEXPLICABLY LOGGING ME OUT? SERIOUSLY!?! I'm so done with surfshark

been working fine with little issue for a while so decided to re-adjust my rating, hope it stays that way or at least get even better.
