My mom is always telling us to take a break from our screens but we always forget and then get grounded, this is perfect ! My mom loves the idea. :)

The app & the options are good, But I didn't even get to try it.

Reason : I work in shifts & mostly during night time. And this extension doesn't even allow me to set my work time as 10PM to 7AM. I hope you can update the extension soon so others like me can use this.

For now, I'm removing this extension as this is of no use to me.
