Not all retailers give you credit, and I wish they had something for phones, not just desktops. But I've earned much more having it, than I would have earned if I didn't have it! |

Very disappointed - not sure if the problem is with the extension working improperly, or something else with UPromise. In theory, it sounds great, but for some reason I never actually get the cash back credited to my account. I specifically check and make sure that it shows that the cash back offer has been "activated," yet I never get the cash back, except from Wal-Mart. I've used the extension with Choice Hotels, Hilton Hotels, DisneyShop.com, and Lowes - and with none of these other companies do I ever actually get any cash back; it only works with Wal-Mart. |

It's good when it works, unfortunately, it doesn't work as often as it should. The Upromise "recently visited" page is a helpful tool to remind you where you've recently shopped and, therefore, track your purchases to check for missing rewards. Upromise has recently initiated the use of a form to complete for submission to claim recent, unposted rewards. Although it takes a bit of time to process, you will receive the rewards due you which weren't automatically picked up by the unreliable extension. |

The extension is fabulous. I actually stopped using Upromise for a while because I would always forget to jump to a site from Upromise. Now I don't have to worry about it! The extension automatically detects if a site is participating. If it is, a popup comes onscreen and you simply hit the button and you've just activated the reward(s) for that site. Simple and easy. |

This extension stopped crediting shopping in mid January. Called Upromise customer support today and they weren't very helpful. They told me I need to send screenshots of all my purchases to them to have them review and credit. That's probably close to 150 transactions. Why use the extension when it doesn't work? This will take me hours to do. |

The pop up can sometimes be annoying and get in the way but once you click it, it goes away and your on your way to saving money for shopping you already do. I think that is worth it. I would recommend it. |

When it works, it's great but it doesn't always work/register the purchase so I have had to call into customer support more than once to get my credit |

When the window pops up asking if I want cash back and I push the button for yes, usually it does not tell me the cash back has been activated. Frustrating! |

I love the extension! I used to always forget to check to see if a site offered cash back, but now I am notified when I go to the site. Simple, easy to use. |

The extension is unreliable. If I close a different extension, it will close Upromise as well. If I shift to another page on the website, the Upromise disappears and may later pop up as a suggestion when I already thought I was linked. It's hit or miss with this one. If you make your website purchase instantly, I guess there's less of a problem. If you're shopping on the site and go to another page on the site, you lose U-promise! It's very frustrating. |
