Yes! This works great! I use if for a HDMI to RCA composite converter that does not accept real 4:3 resolutions so even if a video on youtube is 4:3 like the TV, the converter compresses the video horizontally. This plugin it lets me stretch it back out so it appears correct on the TV.

Doesn't work it seems like it can work, but it doesn't DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT It's trash I wasted an hour trying to make the shortcuts work, Just look for another extension.
