Simple and very good. Specially I like number of new notifications which is very handy and still not annoying.
One star is missing because "go to watch-list" is always taking me to English Wikipedia, although notifications are properly setup from different one (i.e. Serbian Wikipedia in my case)

This is a very nice tool. I give it 5 stars, but I think it can be improved slightly. My suggestion: I think there should at least be an option that clicking on the icon to read the watchlist updates should mark them as read without having to click "mark all read" each time.
