Used the trial version at first and found the summaries helpful when I couldn't concentrate on longer pieces. Accidentally bought the full version of the Wordtune Editor when I wanted Read, and the team were really helpful in switching my plan around for me at no extra charge. Great service! |

I didn't notice that the "trial URL" also counted as my monthly 3 documents.... when I wanted to start a PDF summary, it said the quota was already finished.... too tricky. It is a very bad experience. How can I cancel my account? |

Good extension, but please do not output extension logs on every page in the browser console. It's getting in the way of my work. |

When purchasing the premium version of the subscription for this the payment goes through but does not update your account to said premium version. Tried contacting support to this to no avail. Support does not get back to for days, very bad experience! |

I love this extension but unfortunately when I switched to edge, I noticed by just opening YouTube not using the extension it takes crazy amount of RAM until the YouTube tab crashes and I have to refresh again and the cycle repeats. I am 100% sure because I was turning the extensions on and off to test what's causing the problem. So, I had to turn it off until I need it and turn it back on and again turn it back off, it's a hassle. |
