Here are some suggestions.
Add a new star, 0 stars. Icon will be a star with a slash.
"1 of 5" star isn't completely 0% but 20%.
Also, make total points of the review of the video and show how many people has voted which kind of star.
Every user that votes will add 5 value to the maximum stars, canceling the provided stars will deduct the maximum stars by 5.

Eg: 3.94(100 ratings)
Display the details, "394 of 500 points" based on the rating users(100) of the video
Then show how many has chosen a star
5* - 59
4* - 15
3* - 9
2* - 5
1* - 2
0* - 10

Doesn't have many users right now, but whatever. It's nice to have a way to give a more detailed rating for a video, and it's always nice to see a rating of a previous user. If you're not sure if you should install this, do it. And rate some videos, maybe I'll come across one of your ratings myself.
