That little box that you can check above the video list on the side of the video you are watching is the one you have to check for this to work, and it's great- you never leave youtube.

I had this on another machine and specifically looked for this youtube repeater again for my laptop.

At first it was okay, works properly, then after some time, the repeat box disappeared. So it no longer worked. Still a great feature though.
