Yumprint is constantly going down. Especially on weekends. Wish they would check on it sometimes to make sure it is okay. I try to sign in and they say my e-mail is not a member, then they say I'm already a member but wont let me sign in, then when you go to their help page they say it is not available, this is getting old. |

Can't login. Try to reset my password, doesn't recognize my account, try to open a new account and says that it is already account. Endless circle of frustration and I have lost tons of recipes. Can't even figure out how to get some assistance. When it worked it was nice but now everything seems to be gone and that stinks. Should have stuck with Pinterest. |

This is the worst app ever. It is like no one is even monitoring this. It is down more than it is up. hundreads of recipes lost. DO NOT START USING THIS! |

you can never get any customer support from yumprint. have made many, many attempts to get into my account can't do it. get a message either my email doesn't exist or password its wrong. can't open a new account with my email addr. because I get message that email addr already exist. so I opened up a completely new yum account with a new email addr. transferred all my recipes to the newly opened acct. worked great for a few days. now I am back to the same problem with this new acct. and again I can't get any help from yumprint on this issue. so if anyone else is experiencing this same problem. switch over to COPY ME THAT its just as good as yumprint with less hassle. |

I use it all the time! Love it. Every once in a while I wasn't able to access my recipes. I think the site was doing updates or something. I initially logged in with FaceBook and that has caused some issues so I now log in directly and have not had any issues since. |

I have been using Yumprint for a long time and it is one of my favorite places to put recipes because I am able to put the same recipe under more than one category. |
