It would be FANTASTIC if I didn't have to KEEP refreshing Z/D CONSTANTLY to keep it active....sometimes it even removes the old Z/D button AND not give me ANY TABS to where I have to refresh AGAIN to even be able to solve the ticket at all. |

I've given it 4-stars for now only because while it is a great little app, it's not working properly. When you open a ticket, the buttons don't show up, only the option of close or stay on ticket is there. Once you either refresh the screen or close the tab and re-open the ticket will those submit option reappear. |

Its not working right now but I'm still rating it 5 stars. Hopefully the dev can get it back up and running because its fantastic. (Dev if you need assistance let me know and I'll see what I can do to help, if you can email me that would work best.) |

Still not working for some reason. Just stopped at the beginning of August. Really liked it. It was very helpful back when it worked. |

It saves a great deal of time now having to select from the drop down list. However, it has not been working for the past weeks. Please look into this. |
