this app has more bugs than anyhing I have ever used. The log in never allows you to use the autofill and half the time the app crashes as soon as you log in. I hate it with a passion. |

The Zipwhip extension in Chrome populates in the CRM of our ticketing system and we have found the little orange Z will tell us if a phone number is a cell phone number even if the customer has listed the number as their home or business number. This is super handy when we are contacting customers because our sales and customer service people do not have to exit our system to use Zipwhip. |
